| This past weekend, our Delaware family came to Charlotte to visit! The kids had a day off on Friday so they jumped in the car and made their way down for a long weekend. It was really great to see Mom A, Chris, Debbie, and our niece and nephew - Kaitlyn and Matthew. We had a nice family dinner at our place on Friday (despite the gas stove acting up and then oh yeah - the grill ran out of gas....Debbie came in to rescue the London Broil!) and then took a quick tour of the new house before heading out to a day of fun at Carowinds....ahem, SCAROWinds, as they like to call it with the Halloween decorations. The kids had a blast seeing each other and playing, which was fun to watch for us since Tyndell doesn't have any younger cousins on the Tyndell side. It's really precious watching them all together. And I venture to say that this past weekend may be our last bit of very very warm weather for the year - we had beautiful over 90 degree weather the whole time.
