Movin', Movin', Movin'....

So we've mentioned that Tyndell got lots of great loot for her birthday and Christmas, but there seemed to be an underlying theme of getting her moving! And boy has it encouraged it - she is definitely all about some transportation - practicing walking, riding, pushing, pulling, etc....it's pretty much how we spend our time after dinner each night. Even Uncle Brandon sprung for a Ferrari for her at Christmas time....hehe...just kidding. Anyway - it's been great fun and I know people say watch out once they start walking, but we really enjoy every phase she goes through and certainly look forward to the next one when she will actually be walking. Tyndell actually started in the toddler class in school this week so I think seeing all the other kids moving will get her moving even more too.

Fall 2009 Family Photos

This past fall, we had some family photos taken by the lovely Karyn (see link at right for In Bloom Images, her photography website) in downtown Delray and I never posted them nor gave her an awesome shout out! She's the one that took both my pregnancy photos and Tyndell's newborn photos and she is simply fantastic. I didn't mention it before, because we wanted to keep the photos a surprise for a few Christmas gifts, our Christmas card, and for Tyndell's dedication video back in November, but now that it's 2010 and these events/surprises are over, we can properly give give some due credit to Karyn! Thanks so much - these are some of our favs! And the one of Tyndell eating the yellow flower is pretty much my favorite photo from the entire past year!

Bike Riding!!!!

One of the BEST presents Tyndell got for Christmas this year was a bike seat and helmet from Mom A and Dad A. We have gone out a few times, but today was the first pretty weather opportunity to take some pictures so we snapped a few while in the park near our house. I think this might be our new favorite family activity. Thanks for a great present Mom A and Dad A!!

Christmas 2009

Here are a few pictures from Christmas Day...the morning started out with what I am going to call Meat Festival Biscuits and fruit (notice the pleasure on my father's face as he combines sausage, bacon, AND country ham all on one biscuit!), stockings, and then presents, of course, at our house. Tyndell pretty much hit the jackpot of toys so I think we'll be busy playing with them all year long. She actually seemed to get into the present opening part - I think she remembered how to do it from her birthday just a few weeks before. But she was exhausted after the morning affairs and fell asleep for a long afternoon nap. Later - we all went over to my parents' house for dinner and took a few more formal/cheesy photos haha. It was a great relaxing day!

Side Note: For all your northerners out there - notice my Mom's feet in the pool on Christmas Day! Muahahaha!
