Happy Nine Months' to Silas!

I am pretty sure I took these pictures exactly on his nine month birthday while we were in California last week.  Silas is all about some toys and this wooden worm one (and of course Mike Wasowski From Monsters, Inc., which he picked out himself) are his favorites.  Since he's constantly teething (we have three and a half so far) it seems he is perfectly content to sit on the floor surrounded by toys for chewing. Poor thing was sick right before the trip with an ear infection, sinus infection, AND pinkeye and we weren't sure we were going to take him until the night before when his five day fever finally broke.  Thankfully it did and we were able to all be together with Mom A for this milestone.  Not much has changed in the past month except for chunking up - the leg rolls and some belly rolls are adorable.  He is saying "Da-Da-Da" tons (which immensely pleases Jeff and he likes to remind me daily) and finding his voice more each day.  And tonight....at Nine Months and One Week - Silas CRAWLED!  We are estatic!  He did just like his sister and was going after the iphone!  I wouldn't say it was a strong crawl and he's been manuevering around rooms regardless, but tonight the crawl movement was definitely down.  Go Silas!
