Silas turned two months old this week...it's going FAST and he is growing FAST. We had his check-up at the Dr. office and he weighed in at 10 lbs, 4 oz and 22 inches. That's right - that's a 3 lb and 2 in gain in one month. Wow. It's true...boys like to eat and eat and eat and he is still eating every 3 hours during the day and somewhat similar at night though I tend to feed him on demand mostly. It's so wonderful to see him doing well, and he is real smiling and coo-ing now. SWEET BOY! The only issue we seem to have lately is that he has some reflux and spits up a ton, which tends to wake him up so he doesn't sleep well and I do have to hold him a ton at night which pretty much means no sleep for me. He cannot sleep on his back at all without sounding like he is in pain, so I pretty much hold him or keep him in his swing or vibrator chair all the time. We'll get a better sleep regime in this household one day, but for the moment, we're still in the zombie phase of these early days.
